Where will the event be held?

The awards & conference will be hosted virtually through an established event platform.

 

Who is eligible to enter?
  • Any and all employers who hire students, recent graduates or early career professionals
  • Any and all accredited educational institutions
  • Any and all career educators and career coaches

 

How many awards can I apply for?

Employers or their agencies, educational institutions and career educators and coaches may submit applications for one or more awards, but may only submit one application per award category. The only exceptions are the Campus Recruiter of the Year and the Career Coach of the Year categories for which multiple nominations from the same organization may be considered.

 

When is the deadline to apply?

All applications and accompanying documentation will be accepted until April 3, 2023.

 

Is there a cost to apply?

There is no cost to apply. A summary of the feedback provided by top students in the judging process is available for a fee of $100.

 

How are the awards judged?

TalentEgg has always been committed to providing employers with the student perspective on-campus recruitment. As such, from the thousands of students that will apply, TalentEgg selects the top students and recent graduates – the types of students and recent grads who are your ideal recruits – to serve as our elite student judging panel. The panel will view all submissions and then rate and comment on each submission. Through this process, they will not only be selecting a winner in each category but will also be providing invaluable feedback for the employers that have submitted entries. Applicants with the highest scores are the winner/finalists in each category. The decision of our judging panel is final, and TalentEgg will not engage with the panel at any time regarding their decisions.

 

How will finalists and winners be notified?

We will notify the finalists ahead of the Awards and Conference. Only the finalists, including the winner, will be announced at the Virtual Recruitment Excellence Awards and Conference on June 7, 2023. The other applicants will not be disclosed.

What do I include in my application?

What can I buy tickets to this conference?

Tickets will be available for purchase starting February 6, 2023. Subscribe to our site for email notifications for early bird pricing and event details.
