Dr. Wendy Cukier

Dr. Wendy Cukier is a professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Academic Director of the Diversity Institute and Research Lead of the Future Skills Centre. She co-authored the bestseller “Innovation Nation: Canadian Leadership from Java to Jurassic Park” and is a leader in disruptive technologies and innovation. She is the former VP of Research and Innovation and has authored more than 200 articles on aspects of diversity, inclusion and innovation. She leads Toronto Metropolitan University’s Diversity Institute which has 130 research staff, 100 research associates from around the world and more than 200 industry partners focused on dimensions of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, future skills, and entrepreneurship. She also leads the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub, funded by the Government of Canada which promotes inclusive supports for women

Marketing Management Student at Humber College

Charmi Shah is a Marketing Management student at Humber College, with a passion for branding and communication. Aspiring to become a brand/marketing manager, Charmi has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the world of brands.

Prior to pursuing her studies, Charmi gained valuable experience as an assistant executive producer at a media production house. She worked on various projects, including digital ad films, music videos, corporate films, and documentaries for well-known companies in India, such as Zee Music Company and Tata group of industries.

With her strong work ethic and creative mindset, She is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to further develop her skills and contribute to the success of the brands she represents.

Amalia Kizoff

Accounting Program Student at Humber College

Amalia is a second-year student pursuing Accounting at Humber College and is working towards a Commerce degree. Despite its intimidating reputation, Amalia finds Accounting to be a challenging and exciting field that requires a balance of structure and nuance for effective problem-solving. Before discovering her passion for Accounting, Amalia completed a program in Comedy Writing and Performance at Humber, as well as studying Marketing at George Brown. These unique experiences have taught her how to communicate effectively and build confidence and presentation skills. Amalia is eager to embark on the professional phase of her life and work towards earning her CPA designation, with the ultimate goal of building a successful career in Accounting while continuously learning and growing as an individual.

Noah Gladysz

Noah Glagysz is a fourth-year student at Wilfrid Laurier University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is currently serving as a campus influencer for Intact, acting as a liaison between students and the insurance industry by answering questions and promoting engagement with Intact. After graduation in June, Noah will begin a new role at Intact in their Underwriter Academy, commencing their career as a commercial underwriter.
